This assignment means that you will be employed by us at Manpower but will work on-site at our client's location in Mölndal.

About the job as a warehouse worker

As a warehouse worker at our client's location, you will work with picking and packing goods as well as sorting and placing items in the correct part of the warehouse. It is a physically demanding job that takes place at a fast pace, and you will work alongside friendly and social colleagues. Your work is crucial for our client to deliver high-quality products to their customers on time.

You will, for example:

• pick and pack goods
• pack orders
• sort and place items

The work is scheduled on weekdays, and your working hours may vary between 06:00 and 23:45, with both day and evening shifts being relevant for the position. The assignment will mainly be during the day shift!

• Employment type: Part-time job as needed
• Working hours: Mainly day shifts, but evening shifts may occur

Are you the right fit for the warehouse worker role?

This position is suitable for you if you find it exciting to work with order picking and warehouse management. You have a knack for communicating with different types of people and a genuine desire to do a good job. Furthermore, we hope that you have experience working in a warehouse.

We are looking for someone who

• has another primary occupation of at least 50% - for example: part-time job, studies, elite sports, self-employed
• has previous work experience, preferably in the warehouse or service industry
• is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• can work at least 2 shifts per week

It is also an advantage for the position if you

• have experience in warehouse and order picking
• have a driver's license and access to a car
• have forklift licenses A1-A4 and B1-B4

To succeed in this assignment, it is important that you have a good ability to work efficiently and that you can see both the big picture and the details. It is also important that you set ambitious goals.
